What if I don't know what to order yet?
That's okay! Tell us your interests or set a PHP shopping budget. We'll send you possible finds and prices; we only buy items you approve.
How do I pay, and when?
Customers pay in PHP to our designated Philippine payment account. Confirmed merchandise orders are prepaid before purchase. We share the payment details privately once you approve a quote.
Can I add products to my box over time?
Yes, subject to a mutually agreed consolidation window, available storage, and shipping restrictions. We help you organize approved purchases for one shipment.
What happens to money I don't use?
Unused and uncommitted prepaid shopping funds may be refunded in PHP upon request or carried forward with your approval. Purchased items are subject to the disclosed return and cancellation terms.
How are sea and air shipping fees calculated?
Shipping rates and available box sizes for sea and air will be published soon. We pass along the freight partner's actual charge, without a shipping markup, and confirm your final shipping cost before dispatch. Air charges may depend on parcel size, weight, destination and carrier.
Are taxes and customs fees included?
Not automatically. Depending on the contents and customs classification, duties, taxes, permits, or other charges may apply. We confirm the shipment requirements with our freight partner before dispatch; no duty-free treatment is guaranteed.
How long does shipping take?
Sea freight is typically estimated at 100–120 days after dispatch. Air shipping is normally faster, but we provide its estimated transit only after confirming the carrier and available service. Customs and local delivery can affect either option.
Can I ship skincare, perfume or electronics by air?
Some items—including fragrances, aerosols and lithium-battery devices—may be restricted or need special arrangements. Please ask us to confirm eligibility with the air carrier before purchasing.
Can you buy any item from the U.S.?
No. Some products are restricted by U.S. export rules, airlines/ocean carriers, or Philippine import rules. We'll check whether the forwarder can accept an item before committing to purchase.
